Last weekend Alex and I visited the sprawling Golden Gate Park, and found the De Young Museum sculpture garden. I like sculpture gardens because they are usually just whatever large pieces were donated by artists that they probably couldn't sell or don't have room for. Maybe I'm just assuming that. The fun part is that the pieces rarely have anything to do with each other! Here I am standing next to a gigantic safety pin.

"I cannot BELIEVE we all showed up to this party in the same dress." That's what I imagine these sculptures would be saying to each other. This is probably not the artist's original intent but I am free to make up my own interpretation and THAT MY FRIENDS IS THE BEAUTY OF ART.
